Indiana State University Athletics

Indiana State had a magical basketball season in 1967-68 as the Sycamores finished the year 23-8 and as the NCAA College Division national runners-up after making a run through the NCAA Tournament to the championship game. The squad led by head coach Gordon Stauffer earned the NCAA Great Lakes Regional championship and the Indiana Collegiate Conference title.
