GAME CREDENTIALS
Credentials for home games are provided to those members of the media who are covering the game in a full working capacity and requests should be made by email as far in advance as possible. Members of the media MUST contact the Athletic Communications office by noon the day before a game in order to request a seat. Passes may be claimed at the Will Call entrance of the facility. A media pass does not necessarily guarantee a seat. Spouses, dates, children and non-workers are NOT permitted in the media areas. Passes must be displayed at all times, and Indiana State reserves the right to revoke passes and privileges at any time due to misrepresentation or misconduct. Fan-based web sites are not eligible for media credentials. Scouts wishing for credentials must email, or have a member of the organization email Athletic Communications directly. No third-party scouting credentials are allowed.
RADIO:Â The visiting team's "official" station, as designated by the visitors' Media Relations Director, will be permitted origination privileges. A courtesy phone line is provided at courtside (on a reciprocal basis). If other connections are needed, contact the Athletic Communications office. All pass requests should also be made to the sports' Athletic Communication Director.
PHOTOGRAPHERS: Photographers are not permitted to shoot from in front of the team benches. Along the end lines, photographers must stay clear of the team's designated areas. Flashes are not allowed. Photographers are required to shoot from courtside. Certified photographers of newspapers, magazines, wire services and TV stations must request passes in writing. No credentials will be issued to freelance photographers. Any freelance photographer or reporter must be able to submit an assignment letter from a reputable news outlet if requested.

MEDIA INTERVIEW PROTOCOL
When the student-athletes and coaches are in-season, their schedules are busy and we ask that members of the media respect their programs. Please request an interview by contacting the Indiana State Athletic Communications Office. The media request MUST be sent at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled interview time. A media request MUST be submitted for ANY interview with players, coaches, or athletics administration.
Please be on time. The coaches and players will wait no longer than 10 minutes if an interview is scheduled. If no one arrives in that time frame, the coaches and players will not be available again until the next scheduled time. If there is a conflict with a specific player (i.e. having class, etc.) during the scheduled time, the Indiana State Athletic Communications Office will work with the media representative to either find a suitable time or gain access to another student-athlete.
