  • Any tent larger than a standard pop-up tent, including tents that require stakes or other equipment to be secured into the ground, must be coordinated in advance with the Indiana State Athletics Department. This includes tents rented through Complete Outdoor or other outside vendors. Please contact John Sherman at 812-237-3047 or John.Sherman@indstate.edu for information regarding tent placement.
  • If your group is planning to have a large tent for Homecoming, please contact Indiana State Athletics prior to arranging installation so that the location and setup can be coordinated in accordance with campus tailgating guidelines.
  • This coordination requirement helps ensure tents are safely and appropriately placed and that all groups can enjoy tailgating.
