TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Indiana State Basketball returned to the practice floor on Thursday after enjoying a day off. The Sycamores continue to hone their skills on the defensive end of the floor and are working hard for over two full hours each to day to build up their fitness levels and endurance.
One of the seniors this year is Matt Van Scyoc who is taking his role of team leadership seriously. He wants to help the Sycamores not only improve in the win column but get Indiana State back to the Big Dance in March.
