TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State golf stays home for this week's tournament, hosting the ISU Spring Invite on April 7-8 at the Country Club of Terre Haute.
Sunday's round begins at 11 a.m. ET with a shotgun start and Monday's start time is 9 a.m. ET. Each day the squads will play 18 holes.
This tournament features six schools: Indiana State, Evansville, Southern Indiana, Purdue Fort Wayne, Eastern Illinois. The Sycamores will be rolling out both an A and B team. The A team features
Kristen Hobbs,
Chelsea Morrow,
Briana LeMaire,
Yang Tai, and
Iyoun Chew. The B team will be
Molly Lee,
Sophia Florek,
Eliza Baker, Rosie DiNunzio, and
Grace Welty.
In the last outing,
Kristen Hobbs was the top finisher for ISU with a score of 155 at the Ozarks National Invitational, tying in 15th place.
Chelsea Morrow tied for 20th with a two-day score of 156.
In last year's Spring Invite, the Sycamores tied for third place with Hobbs leading the way for ISU with a tournament score of 151 and was followed closely by
Briana LeMaire who tied for eighth place (153).
Eliza Baker finished in 11th for Indiana State with a two-day score of 154.
