"Despite facing unique challenges and adversity during the spring semester and academic year, our student-athletes stepped-up and I couldn't be more proud of their efforts in the classroom," Director of Athletics Sherard Clinkscales said. "Achieving this level of academic success takes a team effort and I would like to recognize Director of Athletic Studies, Michelle Stodden, Student-Athlete Success Coach, Brooke Porter and Director of the ISU Student Counseling Center, Dr. Lloyd Chew, for their outstanding work while helping our student-athletes navigate through these unique times. Our coaches have also done an excellent job in setting the academic standard at Indiana State and I applaud their efforts in bringing in students that are focused on academic and career success."
