COLUMBIA, Mo. – Indiana State Swimming & Diving sits in third place after
Anna Maria Nasiou broke the school record in the 100 breaststroke in finals on day three of the Missouri Valley Conference Championships on Friday.
The Sycamores sit in third place with 362.5 points after day three, trailing Missouri State (546.5) and Southern Illinois (392). Behind ISU is Northern Iowa (322), Illinois State (295), Evansville (166), Little Rock (128), and Valparaiso (105).

Freshman
Kaimi Matsumoto started out the night by earning First-Team All-MVC honors in the 100 butterfly with a time of 55.45 placing third overall.
Marni Gray was right behind her in fourth earning All-MVC honorable mention posting a time of 55.84.
Ashleigh Sinks also earned All-MVC honorable mention placing seventh with a time of 56.41 scoring for the Trees.
In the 400 individual medley,
Colleen O'Connor placed seventh overall with a time of 4:30.59 earning All-MVC honorable mention.
Molly Fogarty also earned All-MVC honorable mention finishing in eighth place with a time of 4:31.31, respectively.
Anna Maria Nasiou broke her own school record in prelims and decided she would break it again in finals. She placed seventh overall earning All-MVC honorable mention with a program best time of 1:03.75.
In the 100 back,
Kendall Hansen earned All-MVC honorable mention placing fourth overall with a time of 55.60. Marlene Palvu Lewin tied for sixth place overall also earning All-MVC honorable mention posting a time of 55.79.

Marlene Pavlu Lewin broke the school record posting a time of 3:45.93 scoring for the Sycamores in finals.
