TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - All Sycamore fans are encouraged to wear black at the Missouri State basketball contest this Wednesday, January 19 inside Hulman Center as ISU looks to "Black Out" the Bears in a key Missouri Valley Conference tilt. Tip-off is set for 7:05 p.m. (ET).
Missouri State enters the contest leading the league with a perfect 7-0 record while Indiana State is right behind the Bears in a tie for second with its own 6-1 start to league play. The Indiana State-Missouri State game features teams who have a combined league record of 13-1. The last time two teams played this late in a conference season with records that good was three years ago (to the date). On Jan. 19, 2008, Drake (then 6-0 in conference play) and Illinois State (also 6-0 in the MVC) played.
Tickets to the contest are on sale now at the Hulman Center Box Office. Fans are encouraged to avoid anticipated long lines on game day and visit the office prior to the contest or call (812) 237-3737 for ticket information.
