TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State women's basketball's Clemisha Prackett was named this week's Hannig Construction Indiana State Student-Athlete of the Week as announced by the athletic department on Monday afternoon.
 
Prackett posted the best week of her career, averaging a double-double with 18 points and 10.5 rebounds per game to help the Sycamores split their last two MVC contests against Valparaiso and UIC.
 
Prackett shot better than 50 percent from the field and 75 percent from the charity stripe over the course of the week. She set a career-high with 18 points in the Trees' win over Valparaiso, while also adding a team-high eight rebounds and proving her worth on the defensive end with three steals and three blocks. Prackett then followed that with her fifth double-double of the season and first in MVC play, finishing with 18 points and 13 rebounds at UIC.
 
This season, Prackett is nearly averaging a double-double with 9.1 points and 7.9 rebounds per game coming off the bench, with her 7.9 rebounds ranking fifth in the MVC this season.
 
The Hannig Construction Indiana State Student-Athlete of the Week will be announced every week throughout the 2025-26 athletic season.
