Hailey Griffin and junior outfielder
Morgan Goodrich were both named to the All-MVC Second Team, while sophomore third baseman
Lauren Marsicek earned a spot on the MVC All-Defensive Team.
Senior pitcher
Hailey Griffin was a steady force in the Missouri Valley Conference all season, earning All-MVC Second Team honors—the first of her career. She led her team with 28 appearances and 23 starts, compiling a 10-8 record along with 10 complete games, five shutouts, and two saves. Across 134.2 innings, Griffin posted a 2.44 ERA and a 0.98 WHIP, striking out 119 batters while walking only 36.
Junior outfielder Morgan Goodrich earned All-MVC Second Team honors for the first time in her career after a breakout 2025 season. A consistent presence in the lineup, she started 49 of 50 games and posted a .291 batting average with a .390 on-base percentage. Goodrich tallied 43 hits in 148 at-bats, including two doubles and two triples, while scoring 25 runs and driving in 11. On the basepaths, she was a perfect 8-for-8 in stolen base attempts. Defensively, she recorded 99 putouts and 4 assists with a .954 fielding percentage.
Sophomore third baseman Lauren Marsicek earned her first career All-Conference recognition as she was named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Defensive Team, highlighting her as one of the league's top defensive standouts. Over the season, Marsicek handled 146 total chances at third base, recording 48 putouts and 87 assists while contributing to one double play and posting a .925 fielding percentage.
Her selection continues Indiana State's tradition of defensive excellence, as the Sycamores have had at least one player named to the MVC All-Defensive Team each year since 2015.
