TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State Sycamores return to Memorial Stadium this coming Sunday, when they host the UIC Flames in the first Missouri Valley Conference Tournament matchup. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET, with live coverage on ESPN+ and live stats available via GoSycamores.com. 

The Sycamores (8-5-6, 4-2-3 MVC) enter the contest following a 2-0 setback against Murray State in their regular-season finale. This result secured Indiana State's place in the MVC Championship bracket, finishing the regular season in third place in the conference standings with 15 points.  

Sunday's matchup will see Indiana State face a familiar and evenly matched opponent in the UIC Flames (7-7-4, 3-3-3 MVC), who concluded the regular season with 12 points. UIC enters the tournament on a high note after earning a 1-0 victory over UNI in their most recent outing, a result that solidified their postseason position and confidence heading into the opening round. 

Both programs have shown balance across the pitch this season, and the stakes could not be higher as the two sides meet with advancement in the Valley tournament on the line. The Sycamores will look to reestablish their rhythm in the attacking third while maintaining the defensive discipline that has defined their strongest performances this year.
