FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Indiana State sits in third place after the first two rounds of the Mastodon Fall Invitational hosted by Purdue Fort Wayne. The event is being held at the Pine Valley Country Club which is a par-71, 5,860-yard layout.

The Sycamores opened the day with a round of 319 in the morning and came back with a mark of 314 in the afternoon for a total of 633 which is third-best in the seven team field. Green Bay owns a 20 stroke advantage on Indiana State with a score of 613 which includes an opening round of 306 and a score of 307 in the afternoon. Central Michigan is six shots ahead of the Sycamores in second place with a score of 625 while ISU has a two-stroke advantage over the host Mastodons who own a score of 635. Bowling Green is fifth at 640 while Taylor (648) and Oakland (649) round out the field.

Sierra Hargens is tied for eighth place with a total of 156 which includes rounds of 79 in the afternoon and a 77 in the morning. Sophomore
Lauren Green entered the tournament with consecutive Top 5 finishes, is tied for 12
th place with a score of 157. She carded a score of 80 in the morning and came back with a 77 in the afternoon.

Alex Jennings came roaring back with a 77 in the afternoon after posting an 80 in the morning for a score of 157 and is also tied for 12

Kayla Ryan carded a round of 81 in the afternoon after posting an 82 in the morning. She is tied for 24

Kristen Hobbs had an 83 in the afternoon after a score of 82 in the morning for a total of 165 and a tie for 27
