TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Saturday will mark the final home contest of the 2018-19 season for Sycamores Swimming & Diving as Ball State and Southern Illinois make their way to the Vigo County Aquatic Center for a double-dual meet.

Martina Marks will also be honored on Saturday during senior day festivities prior to the beginning of the meet.

Series History
The Trees have faced both Ball State and Southern Illinois twice, holding a 1-1 record against the Cardinals and 0-2 record against the Salukis.

Last season ISU defeated Ball State by a score of 160-135, but fell during the 2016-17 season, 194-97.

Southern Illinois has won both meetings against Indiana State by scores of 189-111 and 142-111.

- Indiana State is 12-0 on the season, the best start in program history and only one win away from tying the most wins in a single season.
- During their last outing, the Sycamores defeated Eastern Illinois in a dual meet by a score of 209-49.
- Against EIU, ISU won all 14 events in the pool with three athletes earning multiple individual victories.
- Martina Marks claimed three victories against the panthers, including the 200 butterfly, 100 freestyle and 200 IM.
- Cierra Campbell dominated distance events last Saturday, winning the 1000 freestyle with a season-best time of 10:27.84 and 500 freestyle at 5:12.24.
- Iowa-native Megan Schade claimed the crown in the 100 backstroke and finished the meet with a win in the 100 butterfly.
- The divers traveled to SIU last weekend where Keara Shelton placed third in the 3M dive with a score of 237.29 and fourth in the 1M dive at 216.14.
- After Saturday's home meet, ISU will take nearly a month off before the MVC Championships.
- Events on Saturday are slated to begin at 1 p.m. with the 200 medley relay.
