Terre Haute, Ind.—Indiana State fell to the Toledo Rockets by a score of three to zero.
 The Rockets first got on the board in the 11th minute when Kiersten Johnson outran the Sycamore backline to put a shot into the back post. The Sycamores did not allow a goal for the remainder of the half and tallied one shot of their own.
Indiana State had a stronger second half with four shots and one on goal. Toledo was still able to get in behind the Sycamores.
Toledo tallied their second goal in the 62nd minute of the match off of a header from Alex Troy. Their third goal of the game came only three minutes later when Lauren Taylor found the head of Isa Echeverri who put the ball into the back of the Sycamores net.
The match proved to be physical with each team tallying 11 fouls and Toledo earning themselves a yellow card.
Indiana State is back in action on Sept. 23rd to open conference play at Illinois State at 7:00 p.m.
