TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - After both being dropped by Butler earlier this week due to scheduling issues, the Indiana State and Purdue baseball teams will meet this upcoming Tuesday, May 15, at 4:00 p.m. (ET) from Lambert Field in West Lafayette.

ISU (37-12) and PU (37-9) are the top two teams in the state of Indiana this season, with the Boilermakers sitting in ninth in the RPI while the Sycamores check in 53^rd. Indiana State and Purdue have not met since 2007, when the Sycamores won 12-7 on the road on May 9.

Indiana State begins their final Missouri Valley Conference road series this afternoon, taking on third-place Southern Illinois at 4:00 p.m. (ET) from Abe Martin Field in Carbondale, Ill.
