FRISCO, Texas – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) released the All-American Scholar Team for the 2025-26 year.
Indiana State women's golf had six student-athletes meet the criteria for this team: seniors
Eliza Baker and
Yang Tai; junior
Sophia Florek; and sophomores
Gabby Cone,
Nicole Feistl, and
Alana Gilbert.
Baker and Tai have met the criteria for four-straight seasons and are now graduates from Indiana State University. Florek has been named to the team for each of her three collegiate seasons. This is a first-time honor for the sophomores Cone, Feistl, and Gilbert.
The team in the 2025-26 academic year finished with a 3.815 GPA.
Criteria for this selection requires student-athletes to have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season, and have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
