WKU rallies late to top Sycamores in Sunday series finale

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Western Kentucky took advantage of an Indiana State throwing error in the bottom of the seventh inning to plate four runs as the Sycamores fell in the series finale at Nick Denes Field on Sunday afternoon, 7-4.

The Hilltoppers (8-7) broke open a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the seventh inning after loading the bases with two outs, aided by a throwing error.
