HOLLISTER, Mo. - Indiana State women's golf is set to tee off in the Ozarks National Invitational at the Ozarks National Golf Course.
The tournament will utilize a shotgun start with tee times beginning at 10am CT on Monday and Tuesday and 9am CT on Wednesday. There are 14 teams in the tournament including Indiana State, also featuring Illinois State and Northern Iowa. Also in the field are Missouri State (host), West Florida (#25 in Division II), McLennan CC (#9 in junior college), and Oklahoma City (#19 in NAIA). South Dakota State is also part of the field, looking to defend their title from the 2024-25 season.

The Sycamores' last outing was just under two weeks ago at the Chris Banister Golf Classic in Glencoe, Alabama. The team carded a 936 (+72) with rounds of 303-316-317. The opening round of 303 (+15) tied for the lowest score of the 2025-26 season after the team shot a 303 in the second round of the Toledo Rocket Classic.Â
Yang Tai was the leader of the Sycamores, tying in 13th after finishing the tournament with a 225 (+9, 71-76-78). She tied for her season low with a one-under in the first round, as she shot a one-under round at the Butler Fall Invitational. Tai also finished tied for first in the tournament with the lowest average score on par 5 holes (4.83, -2) and in total birdies (10). About the Course
The acclaimed Ozarks National layout, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, will play at 6,100 yards and par 72 for the tournament. It was ranked no. 46 onÂ
Golf Digest's Best Public Courses in America for 2025-26 along with ranking no. 155 on the same publication's Top 200 Courses list.Â
