TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State topped visiting Saint Mary-of-the-Woods on Sunday night at Memorial Stadium to a final score of 13-0.
Indiana State scored six times in the first 45 minutes, fueled by two-goal performances from Alex Lehnert and Addyson Warner, as the Sycamores led visiting SMWC with a halftime score of 6-0.
The Indiana State Sycamores dominated the first half in both departments, overpowering SMWC 26–1 with 14 shots on target and five corner kicks, while goalkeeper Alicia Perez sat untouched in the ISU goal. SMWC's Eerika Erjansalo was solid with eight saves to slow the pace.
Lehnert scored the opening goal at minute 03:54 and followed with another one three minutes later, with assists from Riley Mathews and Tori Angelo. Lina Fasquelle responded in minute 19:05 on an assist from Jordan Goldstein before Addyson Warner came into the field and scored twice in a four-minute span, the first of them assisted by Ashlyn Cohen during minute 28:03, and the second effort unassisted at 32:11. Addison Hamm wrapped up the half with a 40:20 score, also assisted by Ashlyn Cohen.
Indiana State carried a 6-0 lead into halftime and kept the momentum going in the second half, adding seven more goals as the Sycamores closed out a 13-0 victory over SMWC on Sunday night at Memorial Stadium.
Madison Ziebarth opened the second-half scoring in 52:07 minutes, slotting a left-footed shot into the bottom left corner off a pass from Anna Chor. Just six minutes later, Isabella Berta tallied her first of the night, finishing from close range on a setup from Layne Frericks and Addison Hamm.
Berta struck again at 78:04, converting from Skylar Cano's assist before freshman Quinn Urquhart netted her first career goal less than two minutes later with a left-footed strike into the top right corner. Cano added her own goal in the 81:37, finishing into the bottom left off passes from Long and Frericks, while CharlieBleu Saunders pushed the lead to 12-0 at 87:44 on an assist from Berta. Kaitlynn Long closed the night with a strike into the bottom left in the 88:22 to finish off the scoring.
Indiana State's defense remained untouched, with goalkeeper Rosemary Elliott preserving the shutout after relieving Alicia Perez at halftime. The Sycamores did not allow a single shot on goal in the match and outshot the Pomeroys 59-1 overall.

28' – Off the bench, Addyson Warner made an immediate impact by running onto an Ashlyn Cohen pass and finishing low to the bottom left corner with her left foot from inside the box, giving ISU a 4-0 advantage.

40' – Addison Hamm closed the half in style, receiving another Cohen setup and burying a left-footed strike from inside the penalty area into the bottom left corner, sending the Sycamores into halftime up 6-0.
