HOLLISTER, Mo. – Indiana State women's golf hits the course next week after a week-long break, this time for the 2025 Ozarks National Invitational.
The tournament is being held from March 24-26 at the Ozarks National Golf Course, which is ranked the No. 33 in
Golf Digest's rankings of the 100 Greatest Public Courses in America, the No. 1 public course in Missouri, and the No. 3 overall in

This course is a 6,047-yard par-72 course. Each day, the golfers will play 18 holes starting at 11 a.m. ET on Monday and Tuesday and 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday. The Sycamores are one of 14 teams in the tournament, which also includes Missouri State (host), Northern Iowa, and Drake.
Indiana State is coming off a tale of two stories following their opening week of golf in Florida, placing ninth as a team in the first tournament and winning the second. The Sycamores battled windier conditions in the first tournament, shooting a collective 645 (+69, 323-322). Later in the week in the second tournament, the team finished with a 601 (+25, 300-301) to earn their second team victory in 2024-25.
Rosalie DiNunzio was the lowest finisher in the spring opener, tying in 11th place with a 157 (+13, 80-77). She was followed by
Yang Tai and
Sophia Florek who each tied for 30th.
Briana LeMaire won the second tournament, the PFW Hammock Beach Invitational, with a 148 (+4, 75-73). It marked her first collegiate victory, leading to her first MVC Golfer of the Week selection. She joined Tai as the only two Sycamore golfers that have won the honor this year.
LeMaire was closely followed in the tournament by Florek, who finished in third place for her lowest placement in her career. The sophomore shot two 75s to finish six-over.
Following this tournament, you can catch the Sycamores in action in Terre Haute for the ISU Invitational at the Country Club of Terre Haute. The tournament takes place on April 6-7.
