TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State received votes in both the USA Today Coaches Poll and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Poll as announced by the organizations this week.
 
It marks ISU's second consecutive week in the USA Today poll and third week in the NCBWA poll heading into this weekend's series at Florida A&M.
 
The Sycamores (8-3) are coming off a weekend series at Southern Miss where the Sycamores took the series finale against the Golden Eagles with a 12-5 win in Hattiesburg, Miss. Parker Stinson connected on an early grand slam and Mike Sears homered to propel the Sycamores to the win over USM.
 
Indiana State continues the 2024 season this weekend in Tallahassee, Fla. with a four-game series against Florida A&M at Moore-Kittles Field starting Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. ET.
