"It's an outdoor sport, so 20 degree wind chills Monday and Tuesday are an opportunity for the girls to show some grit and be ready for what usually is poor weather at conference," said head coach
Greg Towne. "The course is a good challenge with the smallest greens we play all year and some good length to it."
The Sycamores opened the spring schedule last weekend in Tampa, whereÂ
Briana LeMaire was the top finisher, tying for 14th, shooting 156 through two rounds (80, 76). ISU finished tied for ninth place in the Butler Don Benbow Spring Invitational, where
Kristen Hobbs joined LeMaire with a top-20 finish. Hobbs shot 76 in the first round and 81 in the second for a two-day total of 157 to tie for 17th place
