TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Jonas Griffith and Dominique Dafney both saw action on the field on the final week of the NFL regular season as the Sycamores duo represented Indiana State on Week 18.
 
Griffith's Broncos took on the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday afternoon as the linebacker earned his fourth consecutive start in the middle of the Denver defense. Griffith posted six tackles on the day to finish fourth on the team on the day. He lined up in 67 snaps on the defensive side of the ball and added five snaps on special teams in the Broncos' 28-24 loss to the Chiefs.
 
Griffith's first season with Denver came to an end as the Broncos finished 7-10 overall on the year and missed out on the NFL Playoffs. The first-year pro finished the season with 46 tackles (22 solo), while adding four tackles for loss over 13 games played. Highlighting his year included recovering a fumble on special teams back on Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys in Denver's 30-16 win.
 
Dafney was back on the field for the Green Bay Packers in their season finale against the Detroit Lions. The second-year pro hauled in a 26-yard reception on the Packers' first offensive play of the third quarter to set up a later Green Bay field goal conversion. He was on the field for 15 offensive snaps and 15 special teams plays in the Packers 37-30 loss to the Lions.
 
Dafney finished the regular season with two catches for 34 yards as the Indiana State alum spent most of his time this season contributing on special teams, as well as in a blocking role.
 
Dafney and Green Bay's season will continue in the NFL postseason as Packers took the top overall seed in the NFC. Green Bay will have a bye week for the upcoming Wild Card weekend.
