Three Things to Know
- Speedy Sims
Fifth-year senior Leslie Sims reached the 100 career stolen bases mark last weekend against Bowling Green in the WKU Hilltopper Classic. Sims is the first ever Sycamore to reach this accomplishment.
- Big Blue Bombs
True freshman Isabella Henning has started in six-of-seven games this season. Henning has hit three homeruns on the year and drove in the only two Sycamore runs of the Hilltopper Classic. Amanda Guercio has hit two homeruns on the year and has reached the eleven-career homerun mark putting her seventh all-time in program history.
- Hot Bats
Indiana State currently has ten Sycamores with multi-hit games and Bella Peterson leads the pack with four. Henning also has a six-game hit streak alive.
