CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The Indiana State golf team will play their second tournament of the spring at the 2021 Kiawah Island Classic from Sunday, Feb. 28 to Tuesday, March 2 in Kiawah Island, S.C. The event is the largest collegiate golf tournament in the country, featuring 41 teams and taking place on two different golf courses. 

Those courses are:
Cougar Point – Kiawah Island Golf Resort – Kiawah Island, S.C. – Par 72 – 5,991 yards
Oak Point – Kiawah Island Golf Resort – Kiawah Island, S.C. – Par 72 – 5,958 yards

After 36 holes of play, the Top 19 teams will play for the championship at Cougar Point during the final round, while teams 20-41 will play for a flight championship at Oak Point.

Participating for the Sycamores will be junior Madison Branum, freshman Iyoun Chew, junior Lauren Green, sophomore Kristen Hobbs, and sophomore Chelsea Morrow.
 
The event begins on Sunday, Feb. 28 with the Morning Wave at 7:30 a.m. (ET) and the Afternoon Wave at 12:54 p.m. (ET). Monday's second round will use the same start times as Sunday, and Tuesday's start will be dependent on where the Sycamores sit in the team standings.
