LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Missouri jumped out to an eight run lead and never looked back in an 11-1, 5-inning, decision at the Cardinal Classic in Louisville Saturday afternoon.

Tessa Sims (1-1), making her first career start, allowed three runs on four hits in 1/3 inning. Madi Norman pitched a complete game for Missouri (11-7), allowing one run on five hits while striking out four.

The game wrapped up Indiana State's action at the Cardinal Classic. The Sycamores will return to action on March 8-10 with five games at the Memphis Softball Tournament.
