Tyson Baldwin

Tyson Baldwin joins the Sycamores with a history in athletic development following stints at Arkansas Little Rock and Louisiana Tech. He will oversee all fundraising aspects within the Athletic Department including major gifts, the Athletic Department’s annual fund and special projects, as well as overseeing the Varsity Club.

During his time in Little Rock, Baldwin served a key role helping raise $3.1 million while bringing in over $1 million in legacy giving. Baldwin assisted in a number of successful projects, including securing a new state-of-the-art scoreboard for the swimming program and women's basketball's international trip in the summer of 2019.

Baldwin was instrumental in helping enhance the Trojan Athletic Association while helping secure additional pledges for the men's and women's basketball Locker Club. He also played a part in helping secure a gift for the new club rowing program.

Baldwin joined the staff at Little Rock after spending the six and a half years on staff at Louisiana Tech, including serving as the Director of the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club. During his time in the position, Baldwin has worked directly on a number of successful fundraising projects, overseeing the campaign that raised over $1.5 million in 2016-17.

His efforts saw the LTAC's annual fund revenue increase by 50 percent over a five-year period, managing a portfolio of over 200 donors for all annual fund and major gift solicitations. He was a member of the committee that raised $22 million for the new South End Zone football facility, as well as over $18.5 million for a new football press box and suites.

Prior to moving into his role as the Director of the LTAC, Baldwin served as a coordinator of Athletic Development for Louisiana Tech from 2012-13, serving as a liason between the ticket office and the University Foundation. He directed Louisiana Tech's Lettermen's Club while overseeing all annual sport-specific fundraising solicitations.

A Monroe, Louisiana native, Baldwin began his career with The Aspire Group in Ruston, Louisiana, in 2011, working as a sales consultant for Louisiana Tech athletic events.

Baldwin earned his bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville in 2010 before attaining his master's degree in sport administration from Mississippi State in 2011.
