Jasper Luckritz joins the Indiana State Athletics Strength & Conditioning Staff in the summer of 2024 as a Graduate Assistant for Strength & Conditioning.
Luckritz comes to teh Sycamores by way of Central College where he served as an intern for the strength & conditioning program. During his time at Central, he programmed and helped lead the Central women's soccer training, as well as developed summer and in-season training programs for the team. Additionally, he also perfomed freshman evaluations, communicated with athletes and athletic trainers about injury histories, and demonstrated, instructed, and oversaw proper lifting techniques for training movements.
Luckritz also spent time as an intern with the Iowa State football team from June - July 2022 where he assisted coaches in all facets of the program's strength and conditioning program. He also interned at Pella High Shcool leading in strength and conditioning.
He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as American Red Cross - CPR Certified.
A former college athlete, Luckritz competed on the Central College wrestling team from Fall 2020 - Spring 2022.
