Corey Clark joins ISU as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sponsorships in June 2023 as the Indiana State alum returns to the Sycamores after serving as the Sports Director & Marketing Consultant with DLC Media in some capacity since 2017.
During his time at DLC, Clark generated relationships with clients, and produced promotional packages in addition to serving as a play-by-play announcer for DLC’s high school sports clients. Additionally, he helped write news and sports stories, manage social media accounts, and conducted interviews with coaches and athletes.
Prior to his time at DLC, Clark worked with Chisholm Trail Broadcasting serving as the host for the 107.1 KNID Morning Show while also producing and working with live remote broadcasts that helped him interact with fans and supporters throughout the community. He also worked to create content for the Chisholm Trail social media channels and website.
Clark has an extensive background in sports previously serving as a daily host for the “Sports Talk with Corey Clark” on Crusade Channel Radio. He also was a USA Today SMG Contributor for the Dallas Cowboys Wire and worked with the Washington Commanders Corner in a social media/video/podcast production role.
Clark graduated from Indiana State in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
