Prior to Indiana State - A two-time NJCAA All-American at Rock Valley Community College … Was the 2015 Regional Player of the Year where she finished the season leading the nation in kills (503) and led her team with 407 digs … Just the fourth player at RVC to earn two-time NJCAA All-American honors and guided her team to a 55-23 record during her playing career … in her two-year career with the Golden Eagles, Macek recorded 890 kills … Earned All-City honors from the Rockford Register Star at Rockford East High School in Rockford, Ill. … Also played softball in high school.
