BEFORE ISU – Lettered in volleyball three years, softball four years, and basketball two years while competing at Cascade High School … named All-Conference in Volleyball (1 year) and in Softball (2 years) … named a distinguished senior athlete … received MVP Defense award for volleyball … received lowest ERA award and mental attitude award in softball.

 

PERSONAL – Courtney Ann Stephenson was born on Sept. 2, 1993, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Terry and Lori Stephenson … majoring in Elementary Education at Indiana State with plans to teach/work with autistic children … has three siblings (Brett, Amy, and Caleb) … father played basketball and  baseball at IUPUI.
