- November 10 - Missouri Valley Diver of the Week
- Posted her best 1-Meter score at the MVC Championships in the finals with a score of 246.80
- Second-best performance came in the regular season finale against Illinois State with a score of 238.43
- Added top-20 all-time scores in the 1-Meter Dive against Southern Illinois (236.63, 15th) and at the Purdue Invitational (231.95, 19th)
- Posted her top score in the 3-Meter Dive against Illinois State with a score of 247.80 (15th-best in ISU history)
2020/21- Broke the school record in the 1 meter dive with a score of 278.93 against Butler ... Holds the second spot all-time in the 3 meter dive with a score of 275.32 also agaisnt Butler
Personal- Bailey Betzer comes from Osceola, Indiana where she attended Penn High School. At Penn she was a four-year varsity letter winner. Bailey earned many accolades her senior year, she was a team captain, Conference Runner-Up, Sectional Champion, broke her own record in six dives, broke the eleven dive record, she was an IHSAA State Qualifier, earned Academic All-State, Academic All-American, and was named the top diver at her school. Her team qualified for state three years in a row, were conference champions twice, and sectional champions once.
