Matthew Thomas joined the ISU women's soccer coaching staff in the fall of 2023. He joined the Sycamores by way of the North Oaks Soccer Club, while also spending time with the Real Madrid Foundation Camps USA, North Central University, and Liverpool FC International Academy.
He possesses as U.S. Soccer Federation D License anda German FA (DFB) License.
Thomas is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor of science in kinesiology.
