2013 MVC All-Freshman Team

As a Sophomore (2013-14) – Played and started in all 32 games … third-leading scorer and second-leading rebounder, averaging 9.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game … shot .449 from the field (118-263) and .735 from the free throw line (75-for-102) … grabbed 185 total rebounds (67 offensive, 118 defensive) … made seven 3-pointers … dished out 26 assists, picked up 21 steals and blocked 12 shots … scored a career-high 19 points at Evansville … recorded three double-doubles on the season (at Marshall, vs. Illinois State and vs. Loyola) … grabbed a season-high 14 rebounds and scored 13 points in the win over Marshall … made a career-high 13 free throws against the Thundering Herd which ranks fifth in a single game … went a season-high .833 (5-for-6) against Illinois State where she scored 13 points and 10 rebounds.

As a Freshman (2012-13) -  Played in all 31 games, including starts in the last 14 games of the season … averaged 10.1 points and 6.6 rebounds per game as a starter compared to 6.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 17 games off the bench … totaled 7.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game for the season … went for a career-high 27 points, including 21 in the second half alone, against Missouri State … shot 10-for-21 from the field and 7-for-10 from the free-throw line against the Bears … Laramie’s 27 points were the most for an Indiana State freshman since Bianca Jarrett posted 32 points on the road at Southern Illinois on Feb. 21, 2009 … double-figure scorer in 13 games, with nine coming in 14 games as a starter … posted a 10-point, 14-rebound double-double against Creighton … knocked down her only three-point attempt of the season at Illinois State … made her first career start at Illinois State, tallying 17 points and nine rebounds … made her collegiate debut against Eastern Illinois, finishing 2-for-2 from the field and 2-for-2 at the charity stripe for six points with two rebounds … went for 10 points, eight rebounds and a pair of blocks in ISU’s Postseason WNIT matchup at Youngstown State.

High School - Played for four seasons at Fort Zumwalt West High School ... earned all-state, all-district and all-conference honors while at FZWHS ... holds the school's free-throw record.

Personal - Born Marina Renee Laramie on April 16, 1994 ... parents are Angela and Robert Laramie ... has one sibling, Lilly … a sports and recreation management major.
