Indoor Track & Field –

2012 – Had season best vault of 15’-6.5” (4.74 meters) at EIU Friday Night Special … placed 12th at MVC Indoors by clearing 15’-5” (4.70 meters).

2011 – Established personal best by clearing 15’-7.25” (4.76 meters) at MVC Indoor Championships, placing seventh.

2010 – Did not compete.

2009 – Posted third best vault on team in pole vault at 15’-1” (2/20).

Outdoor Track & Field –

2012 – Cleared 10th best height in school history of 16’-2.75” (4.95 meters) in finishing sixth at MVC Outdoors.

2011 – Placed eighth at MVC Outdoors by clearing 15’-1.5” (4.61 meters) … had personal best vault of 15’-5.75” (4.72 meters) at Stan Lyons Invitational.

2010 – Did not compete.

2009 – Had second best vault on team in pole vault at 15’-5.5” (4/17).

Before ISU –

Lettered in track four years, wrestling two years and football one year at Mt. Vernon High School … was three time Most Valuable Player in track & field … was four time county champion, two time conference champion, and four time sectional champion in pole vault … set school record in pole vault (15’2”).

Personal –

Tucker Lyn Field was born on July 26, 1989 in Ponca City, Okla., the son of Kent and Lynne Field … majoring in Criminology/Criminal Justice at Indiana State … interests include sports, fellowship with close friends, Christian rap music … grandfather, Jack Steffen, played football at Oklahoma Junior College for four years … father (Kent Field) played basketball at Northern Oklahoma College for one year … cousin, Kaylie Steffen competes on swim team at Missouri State.
