Indoor Track & Field –
2012 –
Competed in 200, 400 and 800 meters, hurdles, high jump, long jump, and shot
put … ran careers bests of 28.09 in 200 meters in dual meet with Illinois State
and 1:01.34 in 400 meters at EIU Friday Night Special … posted five career
bests at ISU Open including 800 meters (2:34.55), 55 hurdles (9.41), high jump
(4’-4”), long jump (13’-9”), and shot put (30’-2.25”).
2011 – Competed
in 60, 200, and 400 meters … ran personal bests of 8.59 in 60 meters and
1:04.20 in 400 meters at ISU Open … ran personal best 28.69 in 200 meters at
Tiger Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field –
2012 –
Competed in 200 and 400 meters, 100 hurdles, and shot put … posted career bests
of 27.46 in 200 meters, 17.34 in 100 hurdles, and 31’-9.25” (9.68 meters) in
shot put at EIU Tuesday Tweener … ran career best 1:01.30 in 400 meters at
Pacesetter Quadrangular.
2011 – Ran
personal best 28.22 in 200 meters at Big Blue Classic, 1:03.99 in 400 meters at
Stan Lyons Invitational, and 2:35.12 in 800 meters at ISU-EIU Ice Dual.
Before ISU –
Competed in track &
field four years at Greenfield Central High School … also competed four years
in soccer and swimming & diving, and one year in cheerleading … six-time
Academic All-Conference … three-time Academic All-State … four-time county
champion in 400 meters … named Rookie of the Year, Most Valuable Player, and
twice named Most Outstanding Runner … set school and conference record as member
of 4x400 relay team.
Personal –
Toni Lynn Tillett was born
on March 26, 1991, in Munster, Ind., the daughter of Terry and Susan Tillett … majoring
in Dietetics at Indiana State with plans to become a registered dietician … member
Christian Student Fellowship and ISU Honors Program … interests include soccer,
diving, reading, and friends … uncle (Mick Tillett) played baseball at ISU …
uncle (Mark Tillett) played basketball in Ohio.
