2013 - Ran personal best 5K time of 20:05.6 at the MVC Championships to place 69th … ran a personal best 4K time of 17:07.04 at the Evansville Mid-American Opener … placed 183rd at Notre Dame in 20:29.8 … was 90th in the 6K open race at Pre-Nationals in 24:21.0.
