Indoor Track & Field –

2012 – Competed in the 60 and 200 meters … ran a career best 692 to win the 60 meters at the Indiana State-Illinois State Dual meet … placed ninth at MVC Indoors in 60 meters with time of 6.99 … had season best 22.59 in 200 meters at Meyo Invitational.

2011 – Competed in 60 and 200 meters … established personal best times of 7.01 in 60 meters at EIU Early Bird, 22.63 in 200 meters at Grand Valley Big Meet, and 6.67 in 55 meters at Tiger Invitational.

Outdoor Track & Field –

2012 – Competed in the 100 and 200 meters … ran career best 11.01 in the 100 meters at the EIU Tuesday Tweener … ran a career best 22.24 in the 200 meters at the Polytan Invitational.

2011 – Ran personal best 11.06 in 100 meters at Big Blue Classic and personal best 22.30 in 200 meters at Stan Lyons Invitational.

Before ISU –

Competed and lettered all four years in track & field at Richmond High School … lettered three years in soccer and one year in football … named All-State in track & field three years … named Most Improved, Most Valuable Sprinter, and was named Marion Relays MVP … school record holder in 200 meters and as member of 4x100 meter relay team … set state record in 200 meters as sophomore.

Personal –

Leo Emmanuel Cordova was born on Sept. 2, 1992, in Monroe, La., the son of Leonardo and Aida Cordova … undecided on major at Indiana State.
