Cross Country –
2013 - Michl ran a time of 19:07.6 for 5,000 meters at the Notre Dame Invitational to take 83rd. She placed 11th at the Evansville-Mid American Opener in a time of 16:02.62 for 4,000 meters and 23:15.8 for 145th at Pre-Nationals (6,000 meters). Michl concluded her career at ISU with her two best cross country efforts, as she ran 18:57.7 for 39th at the MVC Championships and 22:41 for 111th at the Great Lakes Regional 6k race.
2012 – Competed in four events during season … ran personal best 5K time of 19:27 to finish 74th at Notre Dame Invitational … was 67th at MVC Championships (20:00) and 54th at Indiana Intercollegiate (19:14) … placed 26th at three mile Bradley Open (18:04).

2010 – Named All-Conference in 4x400 Meter Relay … competed in the 200, 400, and 800 meters … ran third leg for 4x400 meter relay team that set school record with time of 3:43.76 in winning MVC Indoor championship … ran personal best 29.68 in 200 meters at EIU Friday Night Special, 57.77 in 400 meters at Iowa State Classic, and 2:19.65 in 800 meters at Wisconsin Badger Elite … ran second leg of distance medley relay team that placed sixth at MVC Indoor Championships.

Lettered four years in track & field and for two year in cross country at Newton High School … set school records in the 200 meters (25.9), 400 meters (56.7), 800 meters (2:16), and mile (5:36) … placed third in 400 meters, anchored third place 4x100 relay, and anchored second place 4x400 relay at 2009 Illinois State meet … earned six individual all-state medals during high school career and three all-state relay medals.
