Became the eighth Sycamore male to ever win the MVC Indoor long jump title...First-career MVC championship...Helped the Sycamore men win their third-straight indoor team title...Won on an all-time career-best leap of 7.64m (25-00.75), which ranks second in ISU history behind All-American Frankie Young...Also scored in the triple jump in fifth place at a then PR of 14.77m (48-05.50)...Won three long jump titles that season...Competed in eight meets for the Sycamores in the long jump, triple jump and the 60-meter dash...Set a then-PR of 7.19 in the 60.

Born Sept. 22, 1994, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Donna and Quintin Mikell...Two siblings; Quintin, an NFL Pro Bowl defensive back who played for the Philadelphia Eagles, St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers, and Darrian, who ran track and field for Indiana Wesleyan University...Quentin also played collegiate football at Boise State...Quentin was a member of the Eagles when they played in Super Bowl XXXIX against the New England Patriots...Majoring in operations and supply chain management.
