Competed in the Terre Haute Double Dual in the 3K with a time of 9:08.15.

Did not compete.

Ran in two events (3K, 5K) in three meets for the Sycamores...Set a 3K best of 9:00.44 at the UNI Team Invite...Set a 5K best of 15:35.43 at the IWU Midwest Classic.

Outdoor Track & Field:

2018

Did not compete.

2017

Competed in four meets for the Sycamores in distance events...Ran a personal-best time in the 5K of 15:29.65 at the Pacesetter Sports Invite...Also recorded a personal-best time in the 10,000-meter run of 33:02.00 at the EIU Big Blue Classic.

2016

Ran in three meets for the Sycamores in the 5K and 10K...Finished 10th in his lone 10K at the Big Blue Classic at 33:08.45...Ran a 5K PR of 16:04.94 at Mizzou for the Tom Botts Invite, finishing 14th.


Cross Country:

2017

Ran in six meets for the Sycamores...Recorded a personal-best time in the 8K of 25:14.70 at the Pre-National meet...Placed 163rd at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

High School

Won four letters in track and three in cross country at Valparaiso High School...Voted the team's most improved cross country runner...Was part of four DAC title teams at Valparaiso...Also was a member of four regional team titles and three sectional team titles...Team finished third overall at the state meet in 2013...Also competed in the 2014 state track meet.

Personal

Born Nov. 11, 1994, in Lowell, Ind. to Erl Alfredson and Barbara Adkins...Has three siblings: Zack, Jake and Madelyn...Majoring in nursing.
