Rachel Conhoff is in her first season as an assistant cross country/track and field coach at Indiana State in 2024-25, working with the Sycamores' distance runners.
Conhoff joins the Sycamore coaching staff after wrapping up her athletic career at Indiana State in the 2023-24 season. She was a part of Indiana State's indoor-outdoor MVC Championship sweep in her lone season as a Sycamore student-athlete and ran program top-10 marks in both the 1500m (fifth, 4:25.93) and 3000m steeplechase (fifth, 10:54.51) during the 2024 outdoor season. In additions, she also ran the anchor leg of the Sycamores' 4x1600m relay team that season, which ranked fourth in program history (20:28.78).
Prior to her season at Indiana State, Conhoff competed at Ursinus, where she was a two-time NCAA Division III National Championship qualifier in cross country and also competed at multiple NCAA Division III Track and Field National Championships. Conhoff owns Ursinus' school record in the indoor mile, outdoor 800m and outdoor 1500m and was alos a part of the school record 4x800m relay team.
Conhoff graduated in Ursinus in 2023 with a degree in biology.
