2016
Missed the last half of the season due to injury...Was one of the top 60-meter and 200-meter runners in both the conference and nation at the time of her injury...Ran the third-fastest 60 time in school history of 7.36 seconds at UNI in her final meet.
2015
3x All-MVC (200m, 2nd; 4x400, 2nd; 60m, 3rd)
Won three All-MVC honors at the MVC Indoor Championships...Was the runner-up in the open 200 at an indoor career-best of 24.47 seconds, the fifth-fastest time in school history...Was also on the runner-up 4x400-meter relay team that ran 3:45.30, the sixth-fastest time in school history...Finished third in the 60 at 7.50 seconds after running a PR 7.47 in the prelims, the third-fastest time in school history.

Two-time NCAA East Region qualifier...Was part of ISU's 4x100-meter relay squad that finished 15th at the regional meet at 44.54, the second-fastest time in school history...Also qualified in the 100-meter dash, where she finished 25th at 11.69 seconds...Won two MVC titles as a member of both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay squads for the Sycamores...Winning 4x400 team ran the third-fastest time in school history in the victory at 3:39.37...Also named All-MVC in the 100-meter dash, finishing third at a career-best 11.42 seconds, fourth-best in school history...Nearly got another all-conference honor in the 200, scoring in fourth place at a PR of 23.65, the fourth-fastest time in school history.

National qualifier as a member of ISU's 4x100-meter relay that finished 11th at the NCAA East Regional meet at 44.64 seconds, then the second-fastest time in school history...Also an MVC Champion as a member of ISU's 4x400-meter relay that ran 3:41.62...Also scored in the 400-meter dash in seventh place at 56.82...Was a member of the fourth-fastest 4x400-meter relay in school history at Drake Relays, who ran 3:41.13.
Before ISU:
Obasih came to Indiana State from the University of Minnesota, where she ran under Matt Bingle...Competed in events ranging from the 60 meter dash to the 200 meter dash and long jump...Went to high school at Brookfield Central High School where she was all-state for four years...Held school records in the 100, 200, 400, 4 x 200, and long jump...Broke state records in the 200 and 400 meter dashes.
