Indoor Track & Field
2014 – Competed in the 60 meters, high jump, and long jump … placed 10th in high jump at MVC Indoors (6’-5”/1.96m), 17th in 60 meters (7.16) and 19th in long jump (21’-7.25”/6.58m) … cleared career best 6’-7”: (2.01m) in high jump at Wisconsin Elite … had career best distance of 22’-7” (6.88m) in long jump at Coughlan-Malloy Cup.
2013 – Competed in the Heptathlon, 60 meter hurdles, high jump, and long jump … scored 4,627 points and placed seventh in Heptathlon at Jack Jennett Invite … established career bests in 60 meters (7.16), shot put (32’-04.25”/9.86m), pole vault (11’-5.75”/3.50m), and 1000 meters (3:00.93) in Heptathlon … set career best of 8.51 in 60 meter hurdles at Grand Valley State Big Meet, 6’-7” (2.01m) in high jump at EIU Early Bird, and 22’-5.25” (6.84m) in long jump at Edmonds Cup.
Outdoor Track & Field
2014 – Placed sixth in Decathlon at MVC Outdoors … posted career bests in 100 meters (11.03), 200 meters (22.65), 110 hurdles (15.25), long jump (21’-3.5”/6.49m), shot put (34’-3.5”/10.45m), and javelin (127’-7”/38.89m).
2013 – Competed in the high jump … cleared collegiate best 6’-6” (1.98 meters) in placing eighth at MVC Outdoors.
Before ISU
Lettered in track & field four years and cross country two years at New Albany High School … was named All-State in high jump as junior with fifth place finish at state … was All-State in three events as senior with third place in 110 meter hurdles, fifth in 300 meter hurdles, and sixth in high jump … was team MVP three straight years … set school record in 110 hurdles (14.21) and 300 hurdles (38.68).

Brett Lawrence Wehmiller was born on Nov. 27, 1992, in Louisville, Ky., the son of Ben and Jane Wehmiller … mother, Jane, was a cheerleader at the University of Louisville (1979-1983).
