2016

MVC Champion (60-Meter Hurdles)

Won his third total MVC title in the 60-meter hurdles, running 7.85 seconds for the win...Never finished worse than second in the hurdles all season...Only ran above the 7.90 mark four times.

 

2015

First-Team All-American (60-Meter Hurdles, fifth place)

National Qualifier (60-Meter Hurdles)

MVC Champion (110-Meter Hurdles)

Finished fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships at 7.78 seconds, earning First-Team All-American honors...Ran 7.80 in the NCAA prelims...Won his first conference title at an all-time career-best time of 7.77 seconds, still tied for fourth all-time in Indiana State history...Only ran eight seconds or above in the hurdles once all season: 8.00 seconds in the prelims at UNI.

 

2014

All-MVC (60-Meter Hurdles, second place)

MVC Runner-Up in the 60-meter hurdles at a then-career best time of 7.88 seconds...Only competitor ahead of him was teammate and Olympian Greggmar Swift.

 

2013

All-MVC (60-Meter Hurdles, second place)

MVC runner-up in the 60-meter hurdles at a then-career best time of 7.97 seconds...Only competitor ahead of him was teammate and Olympian Greggmar Swift...Also tried his hand out in the long jump early on, topping out at 6.48m (21-03.25) at the Terre Haute Double Dual.

U.S. Olympic Trials and Rio Olympic Games standard (13.40)

First-Team All-American (110-Meter Hurdles, 3rd place)

National Qualifier (110-Meter Hurdles)

NCAA East Region Qualifier (110-Meter Hurdles, 2nd place)

MVC Champion (110-Meter Hurdles)

Owns the qualifying standard for both the U.S. Olympic Trials (13.52) and 2016 Rio Summer Olympics (13.47) after running 13.40 at the Drake Relays...Earned First-Team All-American honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, running 13.68 to finish third behind Oregon's Devon Allen (13.50) and Kentucky's Nick Anderson (13.67)...Only four Sycamore men have ever finished higher at the outdoor national meet...Finished second at the NCAA East Regional at a wind-aided 13.51 seconds to qualify for the national meet...Won his second-straight MVC 110-meter hurdles title at 13.51 seconds...Won the 110-meter hurdles university division title after running 13.40 seconds, the No. 3 time in school history...At the time, ranked tied for No. 1 in the NCAA, No. 2 in the U.S. and No. 9 in the world...Also a member of ISU's winning shuttle hurdle relay team at Drake that ran the world's top time in 2016 at 56.56.

USATF National Qualifier in the 110-meter hurdles...Finished 24th overall at 14.06 seconds...Qualified for the NCAA East Regional meet for the second straight season...Finished 15th overall at 13.94 seconds, just three spots outside of qualifying for the national meet...Won his first-career MVC outdoor title in the hurdles, running 13.91 seconds for the win...Ran an all-time career-best of 13.58 at the Drake Relays, the fourth-best time in school history behind gretas Greggmar Swift (13.35), Aubrey Herring (13.36) and Chris Lancaster (13.45).

 

2014

National Qualifier (110-Meter Hurdles)

NCAA East Region Qualifier (110-Meter Hurdles, 10th place)

All-MVC (110-Meter Hurdles, second place)

Honorable Mention All-American in 110-meter hurdles, finishing 18th overall at the national meet at 14.14 seconds...Ran a then-career best time of 13.74 seconds in the NCAA East Regional prelims...Ran 13.77 in finals to qualify for the national meet in 10th place...MVC runner-up in the hurdles again behind Olympian teammate Greggmar Swift, finishing second at 13.91 seconds.

 

2013

MVC Scorer (110-Meter Hurdles, fifth place)

Scored for the Sycamore men in the 110-meter hurdles, finishing fifth  at 14.29(w)...Ran a PR 14.19 at the Auburn Tiger Classic...Placed 12th in the 200 meters at the MVC Outdoor meet (22.19)...Ran third leg of shuttle hurdle relay that ran second fastest time in school history (56.63) in placing second at Drake Relays.

 

High School:

Lettered in track and field for two years at Warren Central High School...Was twice named All-State and selected to All-Star team...Ranks fourth all-time at school in 110 meter hurdles.

 

Personal:

Born Oct. 19, 1992, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Arvenetta and Charles Washington...Has one sibling: Andre...Majoring in criminology with a minor in forensic accounting.
