Madison Randolph joined the Indiana State staff as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant in January 2024. She serves as the primary contact for women's soccer and softball programs.Â
Prior to joining Indiana State Athletics, she worked at Purdue University as an intern with Purdue Athletics Marketing & Promotions gaining experience in all sports as well as being lead intern for women’s basketball and mens/women's tennis. During her time as a lead intern, she was responsible for the planning and execution of game days and successfully coordinated the Big 10 tournament held at Purdue for women's tennis. Randolph helped coordinate special projects such as autograph days, Boilermaker Kids Club, community outreach initiatives, and campus athletic related events.
Randolph worked as an events intern for the Indianapolis Colts helping with the planning, promotion, and execution of Colts Training Camp over the summer. She also assisted with various game day responsibilities such as touchdown town, in-game promotions, and halftime events. Randolph also worked at various events such as 500 Festival Kids Day, Colts at Bat, and Skills camp.Â
She held an internship with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as a part of the college program and assisted in the pavilion and chalet areas and enhanced race day experience for several thousand fans. She was also responsible for the set up and tear down for specific events on race days.Â
She graduated from Purdue University in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Brian Lamb School of Communication with a concentration in PR & Strategic Communication. She is currently working towards her MBA at Indiana State University.
