Season Outlook (2010)
"Amber stepped up in her junior season when our team dealt with some injuries, and we were very successful with her on the field" Head Coach Brenda Coldren said. "She is a very vocal leader and has the ability to lead and motivate a team. Amber is solid defensively, plays big and gets the job done in clutch situation. Offensively, she has surprising power for her size, and she does a great job of putting the ball in play."
As a Junior (2009)
Started 33 of 40 contests ... Scored a pair of runs at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi ... Hit 2-for-4 with a run against Georgia State ... Reached base three times versus Howard ... Had four RBI at the Wichita State series ... Had a 2-for-3 day in the Sycamores' 1-0 win over Creighton, tallying her first career double ... Against SIU, was 1-for-3 with a run scored and a stolen base ... Went 2-for-6 against Illinois State at the MVC Championship.
As a Sophomore (2008)
Appeared in 26 games mostly as a pinch runner crossing the plate a total of nine times ... Made six plate appearances tallying three hits to hit .500 ... Went 2-for-4 against TAMU-CC as a designated hitter.
As a Freshman (2007)
Competed in 19 games for the Sycamores as a freshman, starting seven ... Tallied two hits against Belmont on March 7.
