2016-17: Scored two points and pulled down one rebound with one steal in 11 minutes of action in the season opener at Northern Illinois ... Played his first game against the Huskies since the final game of the 2014-15 campaign ... Recorded his first career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds to go with a career-high four blocked shots against nationally-ranked Iowa State ... Solid inside against Stanford as he scored eight points with two blocks and two rebounds ... Scored 14 points and added six rebounds and the start against Quinnipiac ... Tallied a career-best 17 points and pulled down four rebounds in the home win over Northern Illinois ... Hit the game-winner, a lay-up, in the 62-61 road victory over Utah State ... Made his return to the roster against Missouri State and scored seven points and pulled down three offensive rebounds off the bench ... High School: Was listed early in his career as one of the Top 25 players in the state of Illinois and averaged 13.9 points as well as 8.2 rebounds as a junior ... Was named to the All-Apollo Conference in 2011 for his Charleston team which finished with a 16-13 record.

Personal: Born Trenell Dominic Bell on June 14, 1994 in Benton Harbor, Mich. ... Is the son of Columbus State women's basketball assistant coach Quacy Timmons, who competed collegiately at Indiana. She was a first team Big Ten selection in 1998 and is the Hoosiers' all-time leader in blocked shots with 269 to her credit. She played professionally in the WNBA with stops at Sacramento, Seattle and Phoenix ... Majoring in Criminology.
