Denson, an Oklahoma City, Okla. native, enters his first collegiate season as an Indiana State Sycamore. The 6-3 guard comes in as one of the best in his state, leading Division 5A Oklahoma basketball in points per game in his senior season and rose atop his school’s all-time scoring list with over 1,970 points as a four-year starter.

In his four years, Denson II averaged 24 points per game, eight rebounds per game, four assists per game, and three steals per game with a 63/40/93 shooting split. He has been part of three 20-or-more win seasons, appearing in the state tournament three times – including winning the State Championship in 2024.

Outside of high school, Denson II played AAU for AAO Flight Pro16 averaging 18 points per game, five rebounds per game, three assists per game, two steals per game, and a block per game on 49% shooting from the field and 44$ from three. He played for Legynds EYBL 17U team where ended the Peach Jam top five in field goal percentage and top 10 in assist-to-turnover ratio.
