• September 5 Missouri Valley Football Defensive Player of the Week
• Finished second on the Sycamores with 57 total tackles (36 solo, 21 assisted)
• Finished with 1.5 tackles for loss and one sack on the season
• Added two interceptions, two pass breakups, and one quarterback hurry
• Opened the season with 10 tackles, two interceptions, two pass breakups, and a 75-yard interception return for a score in the Sycamores’ win over Eastern Illinois
• Added 10 tackles, a tackle for loss and a sack against South Dakota
• Posted 10 tackles against South Dakota State
• Seven tackles against Missouri State
• Added a 24-yard kickoff return against Western Illinois

2019
Earned MVFC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award as well as MVFC Academic Honor Roll accolades … Started all 12 games … Made the transition from wide receiver to safety … Was third on the team with 73 tackles, including 39 solo stops … Recorded eight or more tackles in five games … Ranked 11th in tackles during Missouri Valley Football Conference play with 58 stops … Forced three fumbles on the year with back-to-back forced fumbles against Illinois State and South Dakota State … Had two interceptions with the first coming against Western Illinois and the second against Youngstown State … Recorded 2.5 tackles-for-loss and one sack.

2018
Saw action in four games ... Made five receptions for 95 yards ... Recorded a career high three catches and 65 receiving yards against Eastern Illinois (9/15) ... Redshirted. 

2017
Played in all 11 games his freshman season on campus ... Finished with eight catches for 86 yards ... Caught a season long 39-yard pass at Missouri State (10/28) ... Caught a pair of touchdowns on the season with the first coming on a four-yard gain at Illinois State (9/30) and the second at Missouri State (10/28).

Prior to Indiana State
All-League, All-Conference and Team MVP his senior season at Norco HS ... Recorded 50 receptions for 1100 yards and 12 TD, while interception four passes on defense his senior year ... Tallied 30 catches for 600 yards and seven TD his junior year ... Two-time All-Academic ... Four-year Honor Roll ... Finished with a 4.1 GPA ... His brother Matae, plays football at Indiana State.
